JAMMU & KASHMIR SHRC issues notice to SMC, asks corporation to submit report on preventive measure for water logging in Srinagar | KNO Published 248 weeks ago on August 01, 2019 By KashmirNewsObserver Srinagar, August 01 (KNO) : The State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) Thursday issued a notice to Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) here, asking the corporation to come up with the report over procedure to prevent inundation in Srinagar. According to a statement issued to KNO, the notice was issued following a petition was filed in this regard by Chairman International Forum for Justice Human Rights JK Ahsan Untoo. According to the notice, the SHRC member Jung Bahadur Singh Jamwal has asked the Corporation’s officer to submit reply immediately.
